Moving Day!

Fio has vacated his tiny apartment - a glass aquarium - and moved to a four-level condo, more suited to his size. It's actually a remodeled wire ferret cage, with clear plastic around three sides to hold in moisture. The furniture is climbing ropes and ladders and a few artificial plants.

We would like to add some live ones if we can be sure they are ok for him to eat. So far, he has done some exploring and seems to like one of the bird perches. He seems to need some personal space to get adjusted. Iguanamom is concerned about the psychological impact of the change. Some hibiscus flowers would probably cheer him up - fortunately, I know where to poach them from the neighbor's yards.
